 Earlier I wrote – KT commissioned me to re-design a necklace she had. The re-designed necklace set is pictured here: Here are the earrings and bracelet: Here’s what I did after I took the necklace apart and re-arranged the […]  The other day I received a commission from KT to “please, please can you DO something with this necklace?” There were a couple of specific needs that needed to be met. 1) I really don’t like that big green glass bead… it throws the necklace off and it’s heavy. 
I nick named this one Blue Delight. A very fun necklace of fused dichroic glass, it has sterling silver and enameled copper wire with glass and silver bead accents. I hated to see this one go… 
I really like the combined colors in this – it’s a subtle palette mixing soft translucent white, with a muted green and hints of deep blue. 
A mixed media jewelery piece. Inspired by various Amer ican Indian designs. Using leather cord, plumbing parts, chain and metal. 
This necklace was made from some of the first semi-precious stones I ever bought at a Gem show. It’s one of my favorites for that reason. Well – the fact that it has purple beads doesn’t hurt either. 
I was at a convention the day I made this…talking to my friend Denneal and showing her various techniques. She really liked this simple and elegant design. This necklace I made years and years ago out of fairly cheap parts…mostly base metals, plastic and painted wood beads. It still gets compliments any time I wear it.
