You were the TOOL GUY in our family and between that, your handy man skills and the crafts that you and Joan did – there is much to remember. I paid more attention than you may have realized, and I still remember going through your woodworking magazines!

Growing up you seemed like a master chef to me, and you gave me my first taste of glass in your stained glass sun catchers. The many craft projects you and Bud did over the years and ALL the various tree decorations you did for years. Wow! I’ll never know how you had the energy.

My best memories of you are flying kites, nifty puzzles, a genuine interest in all things, and of course your photography. Always the camera and lots of wonderful pictures… with synchronized music and narratives to slide shows.

You’re both gone now – but I still remember how lively and tenacious you both were, and of course Beck’s needlework pictures and Hap’s woodworking. A taste that you can continue to do creative things at any age.

Gone but never forgotten – her enthusiasm and joy in new projects – hers or other’s made no difference – wow –her skill at flower arranging and passion for quilling. You were my cheerleader – I only wish I could have done more.

You taught me that you can if you really want to – and really try. Train models and platforms, RC airplanes, and woodworking. I wish you would do more. I know that you are capable of so much more – If you could only see… that many people never do half the things you’ve already […]

Oh my! You first inspired me with costumes, and then LARPing, and then bead work, and your graphic design, and game design…..you share your talents so freely and so proudly – I’m glad you do.

You have many interests – SCA and otherwise inspired…. but I love your beading, costuming and sewing – and your overall enthusiasm for life.
