Fun trangle with geometic accents.  In December I was asked by Holly at the local library to design a display for the month of January. I decided to feature fused glass, and I included lots of tools, materials, a few books, and a variety of pieces. I showed not just finished pieces but works in progress – successes and failures. A delicate geometric design of fused black glass with an accent of copper dichroic glass and a sterling silver bail. 
The customer who bought this one ended up commissioning a pair of drop earrings to complement it. The irridized glass frit helps to set this one off – giving it a nice shimmer in shifting light. 
I really like the feel of this one – it was inspired by architectural elements. |
