Mistakes or Experience?

Just trying to keep in mind:

I’ve been experiencing lots of “mistakes” as I’m working on my WordPress theme… so I’m feeling like it’s a very bumpy road at the moment. And then I came across the following quote as I was thinking about my own observation.

“Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again. “
