I was reminded the other day by Kris that I wanted to get artwork, etc. out for sale eventually on Etsy. In addition to that I am working already on a product lines for Cafe Press, and my own online store here on this site. Right now my focus is on this – my primary business site. The layout is completely different [...] I often hear people talk about our freedom…. and feel most strongly that fear and the need to “conform” in as many ways as possible eats at that very freedom. I was reading a post by Lelia Thomas about freedom. And while the ideas are not new, they are well worth the re-telling. She writes [...] This is a dainty pendant with dark green glass, black speckles and black enameled copper wire. I really liked the celtic style stirrup bail that I put with this and the dangle of beads that finishes this off. This teal and pink fused glass pendant is wrapped in brass wire and has several beaded accents. Clear fused glass with blue / green accents and bright green enamel copper wire wrap. This look really good with a variety of summer and spring clothes, and because it’s a clear base if accents whatever color you wear. Well – today was going to be the “official” launch of the website…however my tech support has to work late. Such is life. However I do expect this to be live any day now. I was pushing for today to honor a birthday… and a source of strength in my life. Maybe I’ll be able [...] Pendant of fused dichroic glass with silver wire and glass bead accents. This is a very tailored piece with abstract colors and simple wire wrapping using enameled copper wire. I chose a do a very tight double strand twist of fine wire for the wrap. Luminous Eliza I especially liked the glowing quality of the light streaming in over Eliza. |
